When you opened up any of the Office suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. When you opened up the "Add/Remove Programs" window under Control Panel, you would see an entry for MS Office 2013 Home & Business. Good news! After spending two hours on the phone with Microsoft, they were finally able to figure out what happened and how to resolve this issue.
